Four ways global brands work with us

Most sourcing programmes fit one of these four models. If yours sits between them — a modified reference frame with your own packaging, for example — describe it and we will map the route.

01

OEM Manufacturing

You supply the design, technical drawing or a reference frame. We engineer the tooling, match the materials and produce it exclusively under your brand.

02

ODM Development

Start from our proven Clarish™ shapes, then adapt acetate colour, eye size, bridge fit and detailing until the frame belongs to your collection.

03

Private Label

How to read a frame size

Every Clarish™ model is listed with the standard boxing measurement used by opticians worldwide. A frame marked 56 □ 18 – 145 has a 56 mm lens width, an 18 mm bridge and 145 mm temples. When you plan a range for a new market, matching these three numbers to your customers' typical face width matters as much as the shape itself — and it is one of the first things we adjust in ODM work.

Material expertise

Cellulose acetate, worked properly

Cellulose acetate is a plant-derived thermoplastic supplied as layered sheet. Almost everything a buyer notices — colour depth, gloss, weight and adjustability — is decided by that sheet before a single cut is made.

“Get the sheet wrong and no amount of finishing rescues it.”

Colour Through the Section

Acetate is coloured in the sheet, not on the surface, so a scuff never reveals a different material underneath.

Heat-Adjustable Fit

It softens with gentle heat, so opticians can fit temples and bridge to each wearer in store.

Deep Mechanical Polish

The gloss is earned in barrel tumbling and at the buffing wheel — not sprayed on as lacquer.

Density You Can Feel

Heavier than injection-moulded plastic, acetate reads as substance the moment a customer picks it up.

How We Select Material

Inside the factory

CNC precision, hand-finished comfort

We pair CNC machining with skilled hand finishing, and inspect at every stage rather than only at the end of the line.

“A machine gets it accurate. A person gets it comfortable.”

Advanced CNC Machining

Sets the rim profile, lens groove and hinge seat — the tolerances every downstream step depends on.

Skilled Hand Finishing

Machined edges are worked back by hand. Off the cutter a frame is correct, but not yet comfortable.

Multi-Stage Inspection

Checked from incoming sheet through machining and polishing to the final check before boxing.

Export-Compliant Packing

Packaging, labelling and documents prepared for the destination market from the outset.

Capacity, lead times and minimums depend on the model and the run. We confirm them against your programme rather than publish an average that fits nobody.

Take models we already produce and ship them under your name — ours appears nowhere on the frame or the box. Logo, marking and packaging are agreed and approved on samples before the first production run.

Logo Printing

Pad-printed brand marks on the temple, front or bridge, in your brand colour.

Laser Engraving

Permanent marking for surfaces where printing would wear with daily handling.

Temple Markings

Model, size and origin laid out in your house format for traceability.

OEM: you supply the design or a reference frame and we engineer and produce it under your brand. ODM: you start from our existing shapes and adapt colour, sizing and detailing. Private label: you take frames we already make and add your logo, temple markings and packaging.

It is the standard boxing measurement in millimetres: 56 mm lens (eye) width, 18 mm bridge width and 145 mm temple length. Buyers use it to match frames to the face sizes most common in their market.

They depend on the model, the material and the size of the run, so we confirm them against your programme after the brief and sampling stage instead of publishing an average figure.

No. We supply trade buyers only — optical retail chains, independent opticians, eyewear brands, importers, distributors, and corporate or institutional buyers.

Yes. Options include pad-printed logos on the temple, front or bridge, permanent laser engraving, temple markings in your house format, and retail packaging such as cases, cloths and cartons. Our own name does not appear on private label frames.
