1. Purpose & Trade Exclusivity

This website is owned and operated by Rushabh Trading Company (trading globally as RTC Eyewear), established in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India since 1985. The information, technical details, and frame catalogues presented on this site are published exclusively for international trade buyers, optical distributors, brand owners, and procurement professionals.

This website does not function as an e-commerce platform or retail storefront. No binding contract of sale is created by browsing this site or submitting an enquiry. Any supply of cellulose acetate optical frames, sunglasses, components, or OEM/ODM manufacturing services is governed strictly by separate proforma invoices, formal purchase orders, and mutually executed commercial supply agreements.

2. OEM/ODM Product Specifications & Tolerances

All descriptions, dimensions (including standard eye-bridge-temple measurements such as 56 □ 18 – 145), and technical drawings displayed represent standard factory production configurations. However, custom manufacturing tolerances are strictly maintained according to verified international optical standards:

• Dimensional Precision: CNC rim routing, groove depth, and temple-wire alignment adhere to industry optical glazing tolerances (ISO 12870 standard alignment).
• Material Integrity: Fronts and temples are machined from high-grade cured cellulose acetate sheets. Natural variances in layered pattern distribution (e.g., tortoiseshell, horn effects) are characteristic of authentic sheet-stock processing.
• Screen vs. Material Accurate Colour: While photography aims for chromatic fidelity, physical sheet swatches or pre-production counter-samples represent the sole binding standard for bulk production runs.

3. Sampling Protocol & Bulk Production Approval

To eliminate discrepancies and ensure full technical alignment, RTC Eyewear operates under a mandatory sample approval workflow prior to initiating batch production:

Lead times and minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary depending on tooling requirements, custom acetate curing status, and branding complexities. Explicit production schedules are confirmed upon deposit payment and counter-sample validation.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Confidentiality

Intellectual property protection is the cornerstone of our manufacturing relationships with domestic and multinational eyewear brands:

• Buyer-Supplied IP: All proprietary CAD files, 3D models, technical schematics, logo vectors, custom tooling, and packaging designs provided by our clients remain the sole property of the client. RTC Eyewear operates under strict non-disclosure obligations.
• Exclusivity of Custom Tooling: Custom CNC cutter profiles, specialized moulds, or exclusive temple cores engineered for a specific buyer will never be shared, sold, or reused for any third party.
• RTC Proprietary Assets: Clarish™ branding, technical copy, photography, website software, and the RTC Eyewear mark are protected assets belonging to Rushabh Trading Company. Commercial re-distribution without express written consent is prohibited.

5. International Shipping, Packing & Export Compliance

RTC Eyewear exports finished optical frames and sunglasses worldwide under standard Incoterms (typically FOB, CIF, or EXW, as specified in the commercial proforma). Export compliance provisions include:

• Export-Ready Packaging: All goods are securely packaged with humidity protection, scratch-resistant sleeves, robust inner dividers, and export master cartons.
• Customs Documentation: We supply compliant commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and relevant HS code classifications for smooth customs clearance at destination ports.
• Importer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for local import duties, national testing declarations, and country-specific retail compliance regulations unless negotiated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Rushabh Trading Company exercises rigorous multi-stage quality control from sheet selection to final buffing. However, RTC Eyewear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from digital site access delays or unforeseen international logistics disruptions outside direct manufacturing control.

These terms, together with all commercial relationships and manufacturing agreements, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall hold exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any formal legal proceedings or dispute resolutions.
