Rushabh Trading Company (RTC Eyewear) manufactures cellulose acetate optical frames and acetate sunglasses in Ahmedabad, India, and has done so since 1985. The in-production Clarish catalogue covers 22 models in 258 colourways.

What is the difference between OEM, ODM and private label eyewear?

OEM means you supply the design or a reference frame and we engineer and produce it under your brand. ODM means you start from our existing shapes and adapt colour, sizing and detailing. Private label means you take frames we already make and add your logo, temple markings and packaging.

What does a frame size such as 56 □ 18 – 145 mean?

It is the standard boxing measurement in millimetres: 56 mm lens (eye) width, 18 mm bridge width and 145 mm temple length. Buyers use it to match frames to the face sizes common in their market.

What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?

Capacity, lead times and minimums depend on the model, the material and the size of the run, so they are confirmed against each buyer's programme after the brief and sampling stage rather than published as an average.

Do you sell eyewear to individual consumers?

No. RTC Eyewear supplies trade buyers only: optical retail chains, independent opticians, eyewear brands, importers, distributors, and corporate or institutional buyers.

Can you add our logo and branded packaging?

Yes. Options include pad-printed logos on the temple, front or bridge, permanent laser engraving, temple markings in your house format, and retail packaging such as cases, cloths and cartons. Our own name does not appear on private label frames.
